Behaviour Support Training Specialists
This course covers: personal safety, team building, non verbal and verbal de-escalation communication strategies, positive handling techniques, together with documentation and legal guidance, listening and learning, recording, reporting and reviewing. The level 2 course covers more physial intervention techniques than a level 1 course.

Level 1: 5th Feb 2026 from 9.00am to 3.45pm
Level 2: 5th & 6th Feb 2026 from 9.00am to 3.45pm
Please note, lunch is not provided on this course just light refreshments.
Cost:
Level 1: £130 per person + VAT
Level 2: £260 per person + VAT
Please note that enrolment on any Team Teach course, requires membership to their platform; Team Teach Connect. The platform forms part of how training is delivered and membership to it is also a condition of certification. The annual membership fee is £160 + VAT (which includes a 25% discount) and will be payable by you following completion of the course on receipt of the invoice.
