Behaviour Support Training Specialists
Aimed at low risk service settings: adults with low level challenging behaviour support needs, elderly care etc, Children's respite centres etc.
This course covers: personal safety, team building, non verbal and verbal de-escalation communication strategies, positive handling techniques (optional), together with documentation and legal guidance, listening and learning, recording, reporting and reviewing.
An initial visit by the lead trainer, meeting with management, will determine the content of the course.
For up to 12 participants: £1,150 plus trainer expenses
For up to 24 participants: £2,300 plus trainer expenses
Our closed, ‘in-house’ courses are designed for 12, 24, 36 or 48 participants. Fewer participants may attend, but you will be billed in units of 12 participants. Prices given are exclusive of VAT and trainer expenses.

These courses are bespoke and designed for specific workplaces.
An initial visit by the lead trainer, meeting with management, will determine the content of the course.

Advanced Modules aimed at high risk service settings: secure units, elderly care etc. These modules cover personal safety, risk reductions strategies, a range of positive handling and interventions in response to dangerous behaviour.
Areas covered: Everyday objects used as weapons, transport and safe ground hold positions.
An initial visit by the lead trainer, meeting with management, will determine the content of the course.
Team-Teach courses are delivered “in house” to meet specific workplace behavioural safety needs.
For up to 8 participants: £1,150 plus trainer expenses
For up to 16 participants: £2,300 plus trainer expenses
This course is designed for groups of 8 or 16 participants. Fewer participants may attend, but you will be billed in units of 8 participants. Prices given are exclusive of VAT and trainer expenses.
