Trainers 

Dave Smallwood is a principal Team-Teach Trainer and Company director of Sense Training and Consultancy. He has worked as in special schools for both the local authority and for the national autistic society. Scott Cohen is the Founder and Company Director of Chaego Training Ltd and has several years’ experience in working within various education settings, including SEND schools, PRU, mainstream primary/secondary schools and colleges. During these years, Scott has worked closely with both education staff and students, in order to improve their experience and foster a positive learning environment and is now a senior Team Teach Trainer.
