Trainers 

Dave Smallwood is a principal Team-Teach Trainer and Company director of Sense Training and Consultancy. He has worked as in special schools for both the local authority and for the national autistic society. As a staff development coordinator for the national autistic society he also delivered and developed training in Autism and equality diversity and rights. linkedin.com/in/dave-smallwood-669571b5

Scott Cohen is the Founder and Company Director of Chaego Training Ltd and has several years’ experience in working within various education settings, including SEND schools, PRU, mainstream primary/secondary schools and colleges. During these years, Scott has worked closely with both education staff and students, in order to improve their experience and foster a positive learning environment and is now a senior Team Teach Trainer. Scott has worked with a great number of staff, both in schools and care homes, sharing his specialist knowledge and training other professionals in managing behaviours that challenge in a positive and confident way. http://linkedin.com/in/scott-cohen-752737233
